I had just turned 19 when in 1991, I left Sicily for the university in Venice where at the age of 23 I graduated in Contemporary History. I continued my academic studies in history in Los Angeles and London. Subsequently, I dealt with the internet sector living mainly in London for about 10 years until 2009. In fact, the year before, I took a walk in Trapani during the Christmas period, along the Tramontana Walls with a sea view, in a sunny warm, beautiful day: it was then that I decided to go back to where I was born: Trapani.
So I invented my "Sicilian job": dealing with tourism, being a guide for those who come to visit western Sicily and accompanying them above all in the fascinating time travel on the history of the island. At the same time, carry out other tourist services, such as, above all, car rental on the customer's side: without a credit card, often without a deposit, often with multiple drivers and other services included, competitive rates, zero advertising and only word of mouth. In addition, my surname Grillo and the passion for wine allowed me to start a further promotion of Grillo white wine through another site called www.grillowines.com
